WESE (Women Executive Sports Education) empowers women managers in the world of sport. WESE is the first post-graduate program in women’s sports leadership. It is promoted by the Unió de Federacions Esportives de Catalunya (UFEC) in collaboration with Euncet, and works to empower the leadership:
- Generating a profound change in their way of understanding and positioning themselves in front of the world.
- Facilitating tools for immediate application to day-to-day management.
- Establishing networks of power.
WESE has a patented an experiential methodology. The direct experience of the concepts discussed causes them to be internalized in a natural and immediate way.
WESE is based on scientific research and direct experience of directives over the last 20 years. It is free of dogmas and not attached to any other movement.
