{"id":1133,"date":"2017-05-30T13:57:59","date_gmt":"2017-05-30T11:57:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gerardesteva.cat\/projectes\/sports-code\/"},"modified":"2023-08-14T18:27:10","modified_gmt":"2023-08-14T16:27:10","slug":"sports-code","status":"publish","type":"projectes","link":"https:\/\/gerardesteva.cat\/en\/projectes\/sports-code\/","title":{"rendered":"Sports Code"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><b>Sports Law<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The new Sports Law reorders the sector, making it less dependent on the public sector and simplifying it at the same time as establishing the creation of a single umbrella entity that unites the entire Catalan sports sector: The Sports Union of Catalonia, which acts as the direct link between the Government and the sector and watches over its interests.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Furthermore, the new Sports Law establishes a permanent financing system for Catalan sports, affecting game taxes and channelling its income in the direction of the development of sports programmes in Catalonia.
